The Open plan Living room kitchen, dining area room is bright & with double exterior exposure, on one side the park, a terrace, a dining area, & on the other side a huge terrace, the swimming pool, the outdoor living room.
The living rooms offer an ideal family circulation for everyone, a perfect comfort to wander in safety. The touches of wood, the materials, the wickerwork, the rattan, the fabrics, the interior decoration, the soft colours of the sand immediately mark the natural cosy style desired by its owners in every room of the house.
There are 5 bedrooms with their own private showers, accommodating up to 10 guests
There is air conditioning in the whole house, flat screen TV in all bedrooms, Bose in 3 bedrooms, the living room & safe in each room
Outside the beautiful terrace, with the Heated pool of 16m x 5m & outdoor living room & garden the totally flat land/park. Outdoor parking space for 3-4 cars.

What a perfect place to stay in St Tropez! not many places like this at walking distance to town, so If you want action then this is the place The famous Place de Lices is where the Saturday and Tuesday market takes place with lots on offer from fruit and vegetables to cashmere and handbags. If you feel like sitting down after all the shopping go and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”.
