There is also a shaded large summer lounge outside of the kitchen to enjoy coffee or a relaxed lunch among friends.
On the garden level, the entrance hall with a guests cloakroom with WC. The large living room of 150 m2 with fireplace and TV room shares an open plan with the dining room and the modern fully equipped kitchen. The living room has large floor to ceiling windows which open onto the garden and pool area with a shaded dining area.
The beautiful 70m2 master bedroom suite features a fireplace, en-suite bathroom with shower, a dressing room as well as private terrace, sitting area and heated plunge pool for ultimate luxury.
There are another 6 bedrooms, two double communicating bedrooms, each with their personal bathrooms and one double bedroom with views of the garden and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. There is an independent bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower and direct access to the terrace
On the ground floor, two further bedrooms with bath and shower rooms, dressing rooms. A fully equipped and independent laundry room is available.

St Tropez is just a 5 minutes drive, there are many restaurants, cafes, including many exclusive boutiques for everyone need, as well as the large colourful market on Tuesday & Saturday or if it is all too much after your shopping you can feel sit down and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”.
Nearby there are many wonderful small villages such as Gassin, Girmaud, and Ramatuelle.
