There are 3 bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower floor accommodating in total 6 guests
There is a TV lounge between the 2 bedrooms
There is a guest cloakroom as well
There is an additional studio for staff with small kitchenette and bathroom with shower, basin & WC.
Outside garden level the pool 15 x 5 m with terrace and covered area with sun-beds and spectacular views on the upper level a terrace/balcony with dinning area with a BBQ

This region thrives with all sorts of activities and attractions, white sandy beaches and spectacular coastal views only a few minutes' drive from the villa such as the famous Pampelonne bay with its famous beach restaurants such as Club 55
St Tropez is just a10 minutes drive, there are many restaurants, cafes, including many exclusive boutiques for everyone need, as well as the large colourful market on Tuesday & Saturday or if it is all too much after your shopping you can feel sit down and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”.
Nearby there are many wonderful small villages such as Gassin, Girmaud, and Ramatuelle.
