The villa is beautifully decorated with it’s entrance leads to a beautiful bright living room with ample seating area , fireplace, TV with international channels and large sliding windows leading to the terrace. A few steps up to the dinning room opening onto the large covered terrace with lounge area and dining area eating al fresco with barbecue. Just beyond the dining area there is a fully functional kitchen with all modern appliances and an island with a breakfast table, door leading to the covered terrace with dinning area. There is a walk in cold room.
There is a guest cloakroom and a changing room and a laundry /linen room with washing machine & dryer
There is a sports room/ Gym with several apparatus
There are 5 air-conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms and a further studio accessed from the garden with a kitchenette & small living room and on the on the mezzanine level a bedroom/ bathroom
The villa will accommodate up to 12 guests.
Out side from the covered terrace with views toward the manicured garden and across the vineyards towards Pampelonne bay, steps lead down to the large heated pool 17 x 7m with ample sun loungers & parasols.
There is a petanque / boule pitch and parking for several cars, automatic gate at the entrance and a garage closed for 2 cars. Totally in-closed land, & internal alarm system.
A short 5 minutes drive you will be in the heart of the village of St Tropez. In the famous Place des Lices you will experience a genuine village atmosphere with a twice-weekly market attracting visitors from all over the region. You can enjoy a meal in one of the many seafront restaurants and stroll along the shimmering marina, where multi-millionaire yachts are moored. St Tropez nightlife is really close at hand.
