The main house has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor with en suite bathrooms and WC. Large living and indoor roof glassed dining room and a professional kitchen and utility room service room.
On the first floor there is a Master bedroom with private terrace and great views of the sea and nature surroundings. Open plan master bathroom with shower and bath.
In addition, there is a guest annex with 4 bedrooms, all en suite facilities and all decorated and furnished to the same standard of the main house.
Nearer to the entrance of the villa, a separate building with two further bedrooms for staff or teenagers, which it includes a small kitchenette and sitting room with terrace to the front.
The garden with lawn and a 20 x 5 m heated pool, and a large, covered terrace to the front of the house with comfy seating area by the main house and by the pool area. Ample parking.
