On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom & 1 master bedroom, a kitchen/dining room and a living room.
The garden level comprises 2 bedrooms and a laundry.
The villa also features a well equipped fitness room and a garage for 4 cars.
Set in a generous 1 hectare plot, the villa has very pleasant outdoor spaces.
You can enjoy a large park with sculptures and works of contemporary art (by Richard Serra, Jeff Koons, Urs Fisher and Frantz West), a play area for children, as well as terraces with a large table and a bar for the pleasure of your summer evenings.
