This lovely villa is situated in the Sea Rocks on the northeast side of the island. Sea Rocks has long been an exclusive residential area for full time residents and villa renters. Almost every home or villa in this area sits high overlooking the sea, quite close to waters edge and there is a path to the sea. Patricks Bay is a short 5 minute drive to Shoal Bay East, one of the most spectacular beaches on the Island.

This villa is very spacious and elegant, and the living room and separate dining room are large – perfect for relaxation and entertaining. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the main level and a fourth bedroom and bath on the lower level which is only accessed by an outdoor entrance.

The outside gallery extends the length of the house facing the Atlantic Ocean. There is outside dining and comfortable chairs with side tables. It is a perfect spot to enjoy coffee or tea in the morning and your favorite beverage in the afternoon upon returning from the beach.

All rooms are very comfortable and airy. There are ceiling fans throughout, and the owner recently added a/c units in all the bedrooms.
