Ravdoucha is one of the most beautiful and traditional places in Chania. The village is located on a hill with the memorable view and also is very close to the beach. Ravdoucha took the name for the Greek name Ravdi, that means that the weather Ravdizei (affects a lot) all the area. The villa is located 0.5 km away from the Ravdoucha Village center, 1.3 km from the sea and about 4 km from the national railroad. The nearby beach has some Greek fish tavernas, a traditional small Greek Church and also a small fishing port. In addition, the area is suitable for hiking and it is very safe.

In a traditional fish village by the sea in the magnificent municipality of Chania, in an imposing amphitheatrically place with breathtaking sea view and quiet, designed by one of the most famous Greek architects, professor Aristomenis Varoudakis, we created 2 villas, villa Eleni and villa Athina, both of them called Ravdoucha Epavlis. Both names – given for the sake of the daughters of the owner – refer directly to ancient Greece, Helen, the bone of contention of the Trojan war and the goddess of wisdom in ancient Greece, the goddess Athena.

Entering the gate, having on the right hand our beautiful garden with aromatic plants and trees, first on the left hand side comes Athena Epavlis. Countless hours of work, expensive laborious and supervision by the architect Professor Aristomenis Varoudakis needed for the creation of these unique villas with the modern architectural elements, but also evoke other nostalgic times. Entering the main entrance, a single space-stretching out before us, the north terrace, west porch, kitchen, dining room, lounge and patio, a small shower and a toilet. On the other floor dominates the patio with trees and plants and a small staircase leading to the pool. Left and right, bedrooms with furniture designed by architect Professor Aristomenis Varoudakis. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and has a king size bed and one twin to another. The garden plants are unique with the natural environment and wait for moments of relaxation.
