Villa Helias is one of our three luxury, family villas of Heliades Villas complex in Kato Fellos, Andros Island in Greece. This villa of 290 sq.m, fully furnished and equipped, is situated in an amphitheatric location in the south-west coast of Andros. It is easily accessible throughout the year, has been designed with the use of natural, environmental-friendly materials, combining Cycladic with modern architecture, satisfying the highest expectations of our guests for luxury and comfort.

The villa with breathtaking view to Fellos Bay and the green valley shaped between the mountains, extends into three levels. It can accommodate up to 8 guests in four double bedrooms and living rooms. Villas Helias is completely independent from our other two villas.

Swimming pool level: This level includes a large living & dining area with fireplace, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms with family bathroom, W.C., marble paved patio area, garden and pool furniture, and has a separate entrance.

Main living area (86 sq.m.): This level serves as the main entrance of the villa and includes a large living & dining area with fireplace, fitted kitchen, W.C. and large balcony.

Upper level (57 sq.m): A master bedroom with joined balcony and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath tab, another bedroom with joined veranda and en-suite bathroom.
