Villa NINA is built on a two-level architecture, like the two four-bedroom villas next-door PINTA and MARIA. The air-conditioned living room is divided into two parts, one with the living room comfortably furnished with a sofa, armchairs and a TV for pleasant movie nights, and the other one with an indoor dining room for eight guests. Fully open onto the terrace with a fantastic ocean view, the living room is peaceful and comfortable, under the high vaulted ceiling which creates a delightful feeling of space and volume. The kitchen made of stainless steel and granite is well equipped for cooking, and features a functional central island. In a most refined decor, you will enjoy the Caribbean breeze as it blows through the wide openings.
At the front, the terrace stretches along the width of villa MARIA, with the lovely heated infinity swimming pool seemingly melting into the sparkling waters of St. Barths. Under the sun, the atmosphere is soft and relaxing. Deckchairs are at your disposal on the wooden deck for sunbathing and reading sessions, or to sip a cocktail admiring the panorama under the pleasant shade of the parasols. What’s more, in the evening you will marvel at the breathtaking spectacle of sunsets in the Caribbean sky.
The vacation rental NINA welcomes you in utmost comfort in four air-conditioned and perfectly furnished rooms. Two of them are on the main level, while the other two ones are located on the second floor. They are furnished with king size beds (two with twin beds that can be converted into king size) with soft fabrics. Desk areas are also at your disposal whenever you wish to write or to enjoy quiet moments in a private setting.
