Full of warm-toned wood, suffused with golden sunlight, and blessed with an abundance of space, the newly built Villa Thelma (VUM) is one of those rare properties that manages to be both contemporary and warm. The luxury rental villa is decorated with lots of light colors and simple shapes.

Its open-plan layout encourages an easy, relaxed way of life, where guests move seamlessly between the living area, dining area, kitchen, and the outdoors throughout the day. This is one of the reasons that Villa Thelma is easy to share with a group of friends or extended family. There are plenty of corners in which to enjoy a quiet, private moment in the villa, and many other gathering places where everyone can come together.

The shared spaces are on the main level of the villa, including a large living area with three comfortable couches, a dining area with a table that seats ten, and a very large and fully equipped kitchen. The walls surrounding the living and dining areas are entirely made of glass, and can be pulled open to allow the Caribbean breezes to waft through and the social life to spill out onto the deck, with its views over Marigot Bay, swimming pool, and sunny and shaded areas for relaxing.

The primary bedroom is on the same level as the communal areas. The second bedroom is a few steps down, on the same level as the outside lounge area. The two remaining bedrooms are on the lower lever of the villa, on opposite sides of the hallways. All of the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and have ensuite bathrooms and dressing rooms, and the two on the upper levels have outdoor space. The villa also has a cinema room with a large screen for viewing films and a fitness room with cardio equipment and mats.
