Bedrooms: The design of Villa View Point was done in a way so that the views are the star attraction. As such, each of the 4 bedrooms in the property enjoys a stunning vista over the water.

The first bedroom is in a separate bungalow near the entrance, with a dressing room and ensuite bathroom with a shower that enjoys those stunning views. The second and third bedrooms are accessible via the hallway behind the living room, both of which have ensuites and dressing rooms. The third bedroom also enjoys the use of a private terrace.

Descending to the lower floor of View Point Villa reveals the fourth bedroom, a spacious and private suite. It has a large terrace in front, its own indoor seating area, and a huge dressing area and ensuite. All bedrooms have a plush European king-sized bed.

Outdoor Features: The living room opens to the deck, stretching the length of the villa with various options to relax and unwind.

The infinity pool stretches towards the edge of the terrace, offering uninterrupted views over Lorient. An in-water bench seat is ideal for sunning yourself while staying cool in the water. Otherwise, loungers underneath parasols line the water.

To one side of the pool is a comfortable lounge area. Throwing a cocktail party here will be the highlight of any trip; from this vantage point, the sunsets are incredible. Toasting to your island vacation while golden light falls across the rugged coast and sparkling bays is a sight you won’t soon forget.

When the beach is calling, it’s only a few minutes away. Lorient Bay is well known for its surf, with a beautiful swell to the left. To the right side of the beach is calmer, with the gentle tide lapping at a wide sandy shore. It’s an ideal spot for swimming, sunbathing, and snorkeling.

Also within easy driving distance are the beaches at St-Jean and Marigot Bay, both just 5-minutes away by car.

Villa Viewpoint in St. Barts comes with house cleaning services six days a week (except on holidays). During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
