Solaris Beach House is a contemporary two-story beachfront villa set on the pristine white sands of Reeds Bay in St. James, Barbados. Located between Holetown and Mullins Beach, the property offers direct access to the Caribbean Sea, combining modern Ibiza-style design with a relaxed yet refined coastal atmosphere.
Designed by interior designer Celia Sawyer, the villa features elegant interiors with neutral tones, high-quality finishes, and carefully selected furnishings that create a calm and sophisticated environment. The villa accommodates up to 10 guests across five en-suite bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and Smart TVs. Two of the upper-level bedrooms enjoy exceptional sea views and include walk-in wardrobes, while all rooms are designed for comfort and privacy.
The ground floor includes two additional bedrooms, a spacious air-conditioned living and media room with a sofa bed and workspace, and a fully equipped gym with a shower. The modern kitchen features an induction hob, wine chiller, microwave oven, and reverse osmosis water system, and opens directly onto a covered terrace with a ten-seat dining table and lounge area.
Outdoor living is central to the experience. The open deck overlooks the turquoise Caribbean Sea and includes a saltwater pool, a jacuzzi plunge pool, sun loungers, an alfresco bar, and a barbecue area. A table tennis space adds a recreational element, while the beachfront setting allows immediate access to the sand and sea.
With its prime west coast location, Solaris Beach House is just a short drive from Holetown and Speightstown, offering easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local amenities, while maintaining a sense of privacy and exclusivity.
