Buganvilla 388 is a beautiful 3-bedroom villa built in one single level. The spacious outdoor terrace covered and furnished with a dining table (seats 6 people), sofa, and chairs. From here, you can step right into the Jacuzzi (not a hot tub) and your private pool. The lawn in front of the pool is perfect if you want to lay in the sun. The interior is kept in a contemporary style with modern furniture that is both functional and pleasing to the eye. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining- and living room makes this villa a place where you’ll feel very welcome and comfortable. The villa is fully air-conditioned with central air, individual air-conditioning units and ceiling fans.

Buganvilla 388 has 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom with shower, closet space, dressers, and air-conditioning. The large master bedroom has a king bed, a sofa, and a flat-screen TV. The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your meals during your vacation – or you can hire a chef to do all the cooking (groceries are not included)! There is also a gas BBQ on the terrace.

The large kitchen is semi-open towards the living- and dining room, which is all one, open space. From the living/dining room, you have a direct access to the furnished terrace, swimming pool & Jacuzzi, outdoor dining area and garden overlooking the Cocotal golf course.
