Three additional independent bedrooms with TV screen, en-suite shower room, washbasin, and WC to the back of the villa (one has a 180 cm bed or “King size”, the other two have 160 cm beds or “Queen size”.

Out side there is a large teak terrace with outdoor dining area and comfy seating area and a couple of steps down numerous sun-loungers and parasols around the pool with beautiful views out to the bay of Canebires. There is a lawn area and to the back of the villa ample parking. This region thrives with all sorts of activities and attractions, white sandy beaches and spectacular coastal views only a few minutes' drive from the villa such as the Bay Canebiers and Plage des Salins

St Tropez is just a 5 minute drive, there are many restaurants, cafes, including many exclusive boutiques for everyone need, as well as the large colourful market on Tuesday & Saturday or if it is all too much after your shopping you can feel sit down and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”.

Nearby there are many wonderful small villages such as Gassin, Girmaud, and Ramatuelle and of course the famous Pampelonne bay with its famous beach restaurants such as Club 55, all not to far away.
