This villa is on a unique location on Paros on top of a hill with 360 degrees’ panoramic view, from where someone can see sixteen islands: some of them are Mykonos, Delos, Tinos, Andros, Siros, Serifos, Milos and up Sikinos. It is 5 minutes driving distance to Agia Irini, one of the most beautiful beaches on Paros with fabulous taverns. It has 140m2 indoor areas, which consist of two independent apartments. On the main floor is the huge living-dining room and the master bedroom with its individual wardrobe, bathroom and terrace. The living room can also sleep one person. On the first floor with external entrance is the studio of 20 m2 with its individual bathroom and terrace. The Encove, a round bedroom with access from the terrace sleeps two more persons. Summer in Greece means “Living outdoor”. About 400m2 Terrace’s in all directions with lavish dining facilities, a traditional baking oven and a BBQ place provide ample alternatives for “breakfast- lunch and -evening dinner” sun bathing and relaxation.
