Villa Makria Miti North
Makria Miti North is the largest of the three villas, offering 380 m² of living space set within a 4,000 m² mature Mediterranean garden by the sea. Designed in a traditional Cycladic style, the villa features thick white stone walls, exposed ceiling beams, and carefully curated interiors that create a warm and elegant summer residence in harmony with its surroundings.
The villa is designed across multiple levels, combining spacious living areas with functional layouts. The west-facing ground floor includes a large living room with fireplace, a spacious dining room for eight guests, two fully equipped kitchens, a guest WC, and a small auxiliary bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. The east-facing ground floor offers two additional bedrooms, one en-suite double bedroom with a king size bed and one twin bedroom with a separate bathroom, along with a comfortable sitting area near the entrance of the bedrooms.
The first floor features a large master suite with a king size bed, a spacious bathroom, a private balcony, and a safe. This level also includes a separate living room with a small office space. At pool level, an additional double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private entrance provides further privacy for guests.
The outdoor areas are designed for relaxed summer living, centered around a 60 m² private swimming pool, expansive lounge spaces, and a large dining area with barbecue and traditional wood oven. The villa combines traditional architecture with modern comfort, making it ideal for families or groups seeking a refined yet authentic island experience.
