Makria Miti West is a contemporary Cycladic villa built in 2009, offering 280 m² of living space on a 6,600 m² seafront plot just 50 meters from the water. Designed with a modern interpretation of traditional architecture, the villa combines stone elements with earthy tones and unique features such as an indoor olive tree and open-plan living spaces that connect naturally with the surrounding landscape.
The villa accommodates up to six guests and is arranged to maximize comfort and views. The ground floor includes a spacious living room with fireplace, a dining area for eight guests, and a large open-plan kitchen. This level also features a fully equipped kitchen with separate laundry and storage rooms, a pantry with additional fridge and freezer, and a guest WC.
The bedroom layout includes a large en-suite double bedroom on the ground floor with a king-size bed, fireplace, safe, and sitting area. On the first floor, two additional en-suite double bedrooms provide privacy and comfort. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The outdoor areas are designed for a relaxed seaside lifestyle, featuring a private swimming pool, multiple lounge spaces, and an outdoor dining area. A secluded gazebo with a built-in sofa offers panoramic 180° sea views, while the proximity to the shoreline enhances the connection between the villa and the sea.
