With three of the most stylish properties in the Tuscan countryside, Villa La Marcellina is a 20-acre estate on a hill below the ancient hamlet of Panzano. Access to the property is through two different and short, not paved roads starting from the town. Located in the heart of Chianti, the estate is perfect for families or friends who want to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in complete privacy: two of the villas were built during the 16th and 17th century as farmhouses, while the third villa is a new addition.
Surrounded by greenery, the property has been masterfully restored while preserving the atmosphere of a traditional Tuscan residence. After four years of renovation, which was completed in 2018 and has involved a specialized architect, a construction company of local artisans, and a search of original materials from all over Italy, this property is now available for rent. Moreover, during the restoration process, the owners have respected the environment with the use of clean energy sources like solar and geothermal energy.
Please note that high hedgerows divide the outdoor spaces of the villas, while windows and gates are positioned in order to avoid any kind of privacy limitation. Offering a serene atmosphere, Villa Le Scuderie can sleep up to nine guests in four bedrooms (three double bedrooms and one triple room). With stunning views of the vineyards of the Chianti countryside, Villa delle Donne is about 800 meters from the village of Panzano and enjoys a privileged position between Florence and Siena. Offering a calm atmosphere, Villa Il Tinaio can accommodate up to fourteen guests in seven double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Minimum stay: 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday)
