Villa Aurea is an exclusive 428 m² lakeside residence located on Via Vecchia Regina in Sala Comacina, overlooking one of the most enchanting stretches of Lake Como. Designed for refined stays, the villa accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and offers panoramic views that extend across the blue waters toward Isola Comacina, the lake’s only island.

Positioned just above the shoreline, the property features an infinity pool that visually merges with the lake and sky, creating a seamless horizon effect. The setting combines nature and comfort, offering a private sanctuary enriched with luxury amenities including a sauna and a private gym.

The villa is thoughtfully equipped to ensure comfort at the highest level. Spacious interiors open toward terraces and balconies that maximize the lake views. Guests can relax in the heated private pool, enjoy outdoor dining, or unwind in the sauna after a day exploring the lake.

A private covered parking area accommodates up to three cars. Please note that a few steps are required to access the property from the parking area.

Each year at the end of June, the shores facing Isola Comacina host the fireworks display celebrating the Sagra di San Giovanni. Guests staying during this period benefit from a prime viewing location directly from the villa.
