The 5-bedroom property (210 m²) is on the upper floor of a two-storey villa, and although the owners occasionally stay on the lower floor, all the outdoor space is for your exclusive use. This includes the pool (12 x 2,5 m and 2,5 m deep, open from April 25 to November 8), a 200 m² furnished terrace with extraordinary views of the Bay of Naples, and a second sea-view dining terrace (70 m²) with a table for 12 and an awning that provides partial shade.
The highlight of the outdoor space is the raised pool area and open-air kitchen which, with a barbecue, pizza oven and food prep area, is the ideal spot to enjoy a glass of wine while you rustle up dinner.
Communal indoor spaces include a modern kitchen with adjoining dining room and access to the second terrace, and a living room with a double sofa bed, sofa, armchairs, TV and access to a terrace.
