The Main House is on two floors and with its 450 m2 in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms accommodates up to 10 guests. Located in a raised and central position within Villa Cecilia Trabia, at 50 meters from the sea, the Main House dominates the botanic garden, the loquat garden and the gulf of Trabia.The entrance hall leads to an elegant dining room with a piano and direct access to a large terrace overlooking the sea. Next to the dining room is the living room with a working fireplace, comfortable sofas and Full HD, 3D Smart TV. In the same floor a bathroom with sea view and a panoramic fully equipped modern kitchen overlooking the garden and the pools. An external covered terrace is equipped with a large barbecue and is ideal for large groups dining outside under the relaxing sound of the waterfalls.

The sleeping quarters upstairs consists of four bedrooms all with sea-view private balcony (three en suite doubles, plus a twin/double with its shared bathroom). A fifth additional twin bedroom is available for maximum occupancy. On the same level as the sleeping quarter are a dining room and another kitchen opening out onto a large terrace overlooking the extensive gardens and onto two roof gardens on two levels with a stunning view on the sea bay.
