The villa is part of an antique town of Etruscan origin and it is immersed in the uncontamminated coutryside of the Tenuta Castello del Terriccio, amongst the sweet Tuscan hills. It offers rare and beautiful views of the vineyards, alternating with woods of Turkey oaks and oaks, eucalyptus and the mediterranean bush which give color and perfume to the surrounding area. Together with all this, fields, country houses as far as the mediterranean sea, between the Maremma coast of Bibbona and Castiglioncello. The many lakes and torrents assure the existence of varied flowers and wild fauna.
From the property one can see 4 islands in the Tuscan sea and in the evening a magnificient sunset which diappears into the Tirrenian sea. The villa also has a stupendous pool, 22 x 9 metres and 150 cm deep with sunbeds and lielows, gazebo, a relax area with the BBQ outside to eat alfresc in the evening.
