Can Amara is a contemporary villa set in the south-west of Ibiza, offering privacy, space and open views across the mountains, countryside and distant sea. Surrounded by several thousand square metres of landscaped gardens and set behind private gates within fully fenced grounds, the property provides a calm and secluded setting while remaining close to the island’s most desirable beaches.

The villa accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The interiors are bright and spacious, designed with a relaxed, understated elegance. The ground floor centres around a generous open-plan living space that combines the lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Large windows and glass doors fill the interior with natural light and open onto views of the olive grove and the pool area. The living room features integrated air conditioning and automatic blinds for added comfort, and a guest WC is located near the entrance.

Upstairs, the master bedroom enjoys sea views and includes an en-suite bathroom with two showers, a bathtub and WC. The two additional bedrooms each feature queen beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms with showers, and access to balconies overlooking the surrounding landscape. In total, the villa offers three en-suite bathrooms and one separate shared WC.

Outdoor living is central to the experience at Can Amara. The garden wraps around the property and includes a shaded dining area overlooking the olive grove at the rear. At the front, the private pool area features sun loungers, a Balinese daybed, a covered chill-out space and a summer kitchen. A high-quality barbecue allows for outdoor dining, while the pool offers refreshment on warm days.

For entertainment, a Dolby surround sound system is available inside the villa and throughout the garden. The kitchen is equipped with premium Siemens appliances, including a gas hob, oven and coffee maker. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and bath towels, pool towels and bed linen are provided. There is ample private parking within the gated grounds.

The villa is located approximately five minutes by car from Sant Josep de sa Talaia and close to beaches including Cala Salada, Cala Saladeta, Cala Bassa, Cala Conta and Cala Tarida. Nearby amenities include restaurants, shops and entertainment venues, all within a short driving distance.
