The kitchen is the heart of this villa. It is designed to entertain and cater for large groups or families. Windows slide away to the beautiful distant farm views on one side and the indoor and outdoor dining patio on the other, which lead out to a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, beautifully maintained gardens and lawn, pool, tennis court and pavilion.

The large adjacent chef's kitchen/pantry has a second dishwasher, second oven, 3rd sink, 2 fridges, a tall freezer and a tall wine fridge. Perfect for catering.

Through the kitchen area is the ground floor stone tower entrance with a circular home theatre / living room. This round room has been designed for one purpose, comfort. It has a double height ceiling, home theatre and a large fireplace.
