Villa Artemis is nestled in the base of the town of Rogdia, overlooking a breathtaking view of the wine-dark Aegean Sea. Rogdia, named after an ancient church that dates back to the days of the Venetian Occupation of 1553, is a friendly and pleasant village that is home to several wonderful tavernas and sights to explore, such as a beautiful ancient nunnery just above the village that is home to a lush microclimate, where all sorts of unique plant life are found. The views of the sea and the gulf of Crete, surrounded by pastoral green hilltops and countryside, place our guests in a state of relaxation and regeneration. Should guests desire a night out, next door to the driveway of the villa is a delicious taverna where guests can dine on the best of Cretan cuisine. Villa Artemis is also a short 10-minute drive to Ammoudara Beach, a lovely place to relax, swim, shop and eat.
Villa Artemis can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably and comprises three levels of living space. A private pool and jacuzzi overlook the gorgeous ocean below, while the villa itself is surrounded by a lovely garden full of exotic flowers and fruit trees.
