Villa Fabrica

The Eco-friendly materials and new techniques used in the construction of the magnificent Villa Fabrica, in the idyllic Santorini, represent perfectly the distinctive architectural style of this wonderful island. The villa, an old wine factory, was converted into a luxurious residence with minimalist décor and great views of the island.

Villa Fabrica is located just below the majestic castle in the village of Pyrgos and is distinguished for its high-ceilings, comfortable and sunny rooms as well as spacious terraces. The villa can be rented as a whole or divided into two autonomous, independent houses.

Overall, it consists of four self-contained apartments with a fully-equipped kitchen and a large dining room which make up the cozy common areas by the front of the pool. In apartment Katoy can be accommodated up to 7 guests, having at their disposal a kitchen, comfortable outdoor sitting and dining area and an outdoor jacuzzi.

Apartment Milos can be accommodated up to 5 guests, who have direct access to the pool, while the apartment Canava 6 guests can be accommodated, enjoying of comfortable interiors, the pool and outdoor relaxation areas. Finally, in apartment Katikia, 3 guests can be accommodated comfortably.
