A luxurious and secure enclave hidden in the jungles of Ubud along a hillside tumbling down towards a roaring river, The Pala is your quintessential jungle hideaway. Custom built for large gatherings, weddings, reunions and retreats, The Pala currently offers a total of 12 bedrooms in four villas, accommodating up to 24 guests. A fifth villa will be added to this collection in the coming months and will offer an additional five bedrooms accommodating an additional 10 guests.
The Pala Ubud Villa is a complex of 4 villas:
Five-bedroom Villa Agung is the crown jewel of the estate. It sits on the top level, just beside the estate entry and restaurant. Enter via magnificent Indonesian golden and green gates to a sanctuary of comfort and togetherness. With five bedrooms accommodating ten guests, there’s plenty of room for everyone. You will love its rambling gardens, massive swimming pool with sculptures and outdoor shower.
The second-largest villa in the estate, Villa Seraya can be booked as a four-bedroom villa or rented as two separate two-bedroom villas - Villa Seraya A and Villa Seraya B. Enjoy access to not one but two private swimming pools when you book the villa as a unit, along with four bedrooms including two with king-sized beds and two with twin beds. If you're interested to book Villa Seraya A & B together, please ask assistance from our reservations team.
If you’re a small family with kids, you will love Villa Batur. With two bedrooms built along one level, it is a family-friendly home with a private pool and rooftop terrace. Breakfast is a delight at the dining table overlooking jungle views, while the outdoor shower is a hit with couples.
Speaking of which, Villa Catur will perfectly suit a couple looking for a peaceful retreat. The one-bedroom villa is self-sufficient and has enough space for you to feel like you’re at home.
Coming up - Villa Sanghyang will be the fifth villa in the Pala Ubud Estate. This modern tropical five-bedroom villa will soon be open for bookings by early 2024.
The estate offers the option of in-villa dining for breakfast but meals are best enjoyed in the restaurant, Hura, which gets its produce from the estate’s fruit and vegetable garden. A riverside lawn is perfect for yoga retreats or spa therapies and the estate has its own paddy fields if you wish to try your hand at rice farming.
All of Ubud’s charms are within easy reach, with the palace merely 6 km from the estate. The airport is 41 km away, and the journey takes up to 1.5 hours.
