This single-story, fully air-conditioned villa is designed lengthwise, so that each room faces the ocean. It includes two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, accessible from the outside. One of them has a walk-in closet and is adjacent to the living room.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the bright living room. Thanks to the many bay windows, these two elegantly designed spaces enjoy a lovely view of the bay and the surrounding hills. The refined interior design creates a serene and sophisticated atmosphere.
