For all of the beautiful luxury rental properties in St. Barth, there are not to many opportunities to rent an island vacation home right beside the sea. Villa Anja was designed to offer everything that you need and very little that you don’t. Most of the living area is outdoors, beside the good-size swimming pool. There, you will find lounge chairs for sunbathing, as well as a covered area for reading or conversation. On the far end of the swimming pool, there is a shaded gazebo with a comfortable sitting area and a grill. A few steps from the pool terrace leads directly down to the beach.

Inside, the galley kitchen in sleek black marble is well equipped. There is a table for two in the kitchen, which is prefect for breakfast or coffee, as well as an outdoor dining table on the terrace beneath an umbrella.

Likewise, the bedroom is elegant in its simplicity, and it has a euro king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower. Both the bedroom and kitchen are air-conditioned. The villa has ample parking and easy accessibility, as it is all designed over one level.
