The property whose construction was completed in July 2019, rests inside a luxury villa real estate development (“Domaine du Levant”) consisting of two adjacent and fully equipped and furnished luxury villas (Villa Lavante with a detached guest house1 & Villa Rosmarina2), each with its own large swimming pool. The two villas are separated by a long stone-built fence. The development was built and is now being operated by Oliaros Holdings Ltd., on a plot of rural land of 8200 square meters that is situated 41?2 kilometers south of the port of Antiparos and at a distance of about 900 meters from the island’s eastern coast where one of its most beautiful beaches (called “Glyfa Beach”) is located. Access to the property is by paved road.

Villa Lavante can accommodate up to 12 guests in the main building and another 2-3 in the guest house (Studio Lavante or Cabane de l’Est), located 60 meters away from the main house. The two buildings are connected via a stone-built pathway through the property’s garden. In addition, the property has accommodation facilities for the operator’s live-in domestic personnel. The rates displayed are only for the mail building.
