Located just 30 meters from the sea, the villa provides a peaceful and immersive coastal setting, within close proximity to three secluded beaches and only 1 kilometer from the village of Alyki.

Blending traditional architecture with modern comfort, the villa features warm and inviting interiors alongside a spacious terrace designed for outdoor living. Multiple seating areas allow guests to enjoy uninterrupted views of the sea, as well as the changing light of sunset and moonrise.

The villa includes three well-appointed bedrooms. On the ground floor, an en-suite double bedroom offers a private veranda and a safe. A second bedroom provides flexibility with three single beds and a private bathroom, making it suitable for families or groups. At pool level, a third bedroom can be configured as either two single beds or one double bed and includes an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
