The sleeping area includes a main suite with sea view and private terrace, one double bedroom with sea view, one bedroom with bunk beds and mountain view, two additional double bedrooms, and two independent annexes, all with en-suite bathrooms. A second independent wing includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area, a suite with walk-in closet, and an additional double bedroom.
At the center of the property, facing the sea, there is a main swimming pool made of granite along with a children’s pool, both heatable. The solarium features a heated Jacuzzi. The villa also includes an outdoor fitness area and a SPA with Turkish bath, sauna, and Jacuzzi.
