As you step into Villagraziosa, you’ll be greeted by a charming paved garden teeming with lemon trees, grapefruit trees, banana trees, and palms. Inside, the villa spans approximately 350 square meters across two spacious floors, featuring Portugal pink marble and wooden flooring. The first floor boasts an open-plan kitchen, two expansive living rooms, and a veranda ideal for enjoying breakfast or lunch while admiring the panoramic views of Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples.
The sleeping quarters comprise three double bedrooms, each boasting a furnished private terrace, a king-size bed, and a luxurious en suite bathroom, along with a generously sized suite complete with a jacuzzi. The suite is divided into two areas, offering a private living space with a double sofa bed and a separate master bedroom, both with their own private bathrooms.
