Villa Le Rondini
The atmosphere is soft and serene yet alive.
Handcrafted staircases, stone walls, and curved arches reflect the quiet mastery of Tuscan craftsmanship. Spanning 400 m², Villa Le Rondini opens onto a hectare of lawns and gardens with panoramic sunset views over the Florentine valley.
The setting invites slow moments by the pool, al fresco dining on its terraces, and wine tastings brought directly from local wineries.

Under the Tuscan sun, a rare investment story unfolds. Tuscany’s heritage, protected landscapes, and limited supply place it at the center of a global shift toward authentic, experience-led travel.
The luxury travel sector continues to grow at a steady 5 to 7 percent annually, driven by travelers seeking meaning, wellbeing and connection.

Villa Le Rondini’s position could not be more prime. It sits a short walk from Radda in Chianti, home to all of Chianti’s four- and five-star hotels, and is the only villa in Tuscany offering this calibre, setting, and convenience.

Near the pool, a charcoal-enriched vegetable orto supplies organic produce for the villa and cooking classes thats held in the grand kitchen, which seats ten.
Under the stars, guests can enjoy Fiorentina Chianina steaks prepared by Michelin chefs or by our trusted village uncles who have tended fires since the early days of the Chianti’s vineyards.

With five bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms, Villa Le Rondini sleeps ten and is steeped with rich history and storytelling.
Originally built in the 17th century, the villa carries centuries of heritage within its walls.
The estate’s historic watchtower was once used during the Sienese–Florentine rivalry centuries ago and was later home to Radda’s village chief 150 years ago.

It’s recent five-year restoration was then led by a small team of the Chianti's finest craftsmen using traditional building techniques passed down for generations to preserve original detail while refining for modern comforts.

The underground wine cellar features a Linn sound system, and its natural acoustics, shaped by the structure’s historic arched stone architecture, create an intimate setting for private performances or candlelit evenings.
The villa also includes smart-home security and state-of-the-art underfloor climate control for year-round comfort in every space.

Activities
Local seasonal activities include truffle and porcini hunting, supercar drives through the winding Tuscan hills, mountain biking, yoga, horse riding and visits to vineyards, cheese producers, olive oil and lavender farms, and scenic hiking trails.
Bespoke packages offer a personalised experience of Tuscan life.

The villa is perfectly positioned for day trips to Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Montalcino, Montepulciano, and countless other Tuscan treasures. Within 20 kilometres lies a collection of hilltop villages, medieval fortresses, and Renaissance castles, each with its own story to tell.

Market Outlook
In a region where heritage estates are few and development is tightly restricted, Villa Le Rondini represents a rare and enduring asset.
Its prime location, presence, and craftsmanship place it among the most desirable homes in Chianti and Tuscany.

There are fewer than five comparable five-bedroom estates across the region.
Villa Le Rondini stands among them as a property of genuine scarcity and value, perfectly aligned with today’s growing desire for authenticity and heritage.
