HOUSE 3 - “The Barn”

This is a building from the year 1820 and served as an olive oil storage facility, the building was brought from a farm in Valdepenas mainland Spain and rebuilt on this property with some readjustments to the requirements of the owner.

The main building has a ground floor area of 285 m2 and a roof height of 7 m and has multipurpose usage, it is suitable for oil pressing, bottling and packing, as well as for parties, photo shoots, conferences, art expositions, large dinner parties for 24 people, card games etc.

OUTDOOR AREAS - The pool of 18 x 4 m is solar heated and allows all year swimming. The pool is situated in a large lawn area which is illuminated at night, this area boasts 3 palm leaf umbrellas each with 2 sun loungers.
