Jardins du Panthéon is an 18th-century Parisian mansion located in the heart of the Latin Quarter, between the Panthéon and Place de la Contrescarpe. Fully renovated in 2016, this distinguished 300 m² residence blends historic character with a contemporary and cosy atmosphere.
The 60 m² reception rooms and fully equipped kitchen open directly onto a remarkable 350 m² private garden, creating a rare indoor–outdoor living experience in central Paris. Surrounded by greenery, the garden offers a peaceful setting where only birds and nearby church bells can be heard. A furnished patio and dining area complement the outdoor space, along with a year-round heated swimming pool maintained at 30°C and equipped with a counter-current jet.
The house features five bedrooms in the main residence. The entire first floor is dedicated to a 60 m² master suite with a king-size bed, bio-ethanol fireplace, Samsung smart TV with Netflix access, large bathroom with shower and bathtub, office space, and access to a 20 m² private terrace.
On the second and third floors are four additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 2 (27 m²) includes a queen-size bed on a mezzanine and garden views. Bedroom 3 (20 m²) includes a double bed on a mezzanine with garden views. Bedroom 4 (21 m²) features a double bed and views of the garden and the Panthéon.
