Blue Heaven Rendezvous is a striking oceanfront villa in Antigua, positioned above Ffryes Beach with uninterrupted panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. Its west-facing orientation ensures spectacular sunsets each evening, best enjoyed from the expansive balcony and multi-level outdoor living spaces.

The villa offers approximately 3,500 sq. ft. of refined indoor living and an additional 1,500 sq. ft. of outdoor entertaining space spread across two levels. Outdoors, two covered lounge areas frame a private infinity-edge plunge pool, surrounded by a generous sunbathing terrace and covered dining area. A fully equipped outdoor BBQ kitchen elevates al fresco gatherings, complete with gas grill, flat top grill, outdoor burner, ice maker, and sink.

Inside, four en-suite bedrooms provide accommodation for up to 8 guests. The master suite features a double rain shower, bathtub, and twin vanity units. Three additional guest bedrooms each offer king-size beds and private bathrooms. Every bedroom includes a Smart TV.

The main living area is anchored by a 75-inch Smart TV and flows into an expansive chef’s kitchen designed for serious culinary moments. The kitchen includes a large refrigerator, double oven, warming drawer, microwave, induction cooktop with pot filler, two dishwashers, and a large island with seating for 12. A half bath and fitted laundry with washer and dryer complete the interior layout.

Air-conditioning and ceiling fans are installed throughout, alongside high-speed internet. The villa is equipped with a Kinetico drinking water filtration system, eliminating the need for bottled water.

Housekeeping is provided every other day, and full concierge services are available within a secure gated resort environment with 24-hour security.
