Villa Isla
The modern and spacious Villa Isla (ILA) is a welcoming refuge for a group of friends or an extended family to share. Its location above the Bay of Marigot puts it on the quieter, more peaceful side of the island, but it is also close to the hotels and restaurants in that area, including Le Guanahani, Le Sereno, and Le Rivage.Inside the confines of the luxury rental property, Villa Isla is a place for relaxed St. Barth living. The upper level has lovely sea views. Inside, the decoration is intriguing without being overwhelming, and everything is very well maintained. The spaces are filled with natural materials, soft but vivid colors, and luminous natural light. The vacation home is built over two levels. On the terrace level you find the gracious living area, an extended, free-flowing space that includes a generous seating area, a long dining table in the center, and a large, well-equipped kitchen at the end, separated from the dining area by a bar counter. On the opposite side of this upper level, the master bedroom has a large dressing room and ensuite bathroom. Both the bedroom and the shared living areas open onto the sundeck, shaded terrace, and heated swimming pool.Inside, a modern grand staircase leads down to the residential level, where four additional bedrooms are arrayed. Each one has its own ensuite bathroom and direct access to small patios outside. All five of the bedrooms have European king-size beds, air-conditioning, and a full array of entertainment options. The main entrance is situated on the lower level where the four bedrooms are.
