Villa Modica is constituted by a central body divided in two floors were there are three matrimonial bed rooms, each one with its own personal bathroom, in two of them there are also showers and bath tubs, a modern kitchen, a big dining room with a big rectangular flower pot, a very comfortable dining room, and a very refined saloon heated by a central fire place together with an antique billiard pool . on the first floor there is a meditation or reading corner , where in winter nights it’s possible to taste a sweet wine or a good cognac.
