Located in the midst of the Chianti hills, on a ridge overlooking valleys rich in history, is Villa Sernesi, an ancient manor house owned by the Sernigi Family, who were rich merchants and patrons of art for important painters in the fifteenth century. Passed over to the Naldini del Riccio family, it became a country residence in the eighteenth century.
The property was purchased at the end of the 1950s by the Corti Family who subsequently restored the Villa to its past splendour. Restoration of the Chianti Villa has not only maintained its architectural style, but has also enhanced the natural harmony which bonds this structure to the Tuscan landscape.
Surrounding the villa, in the gardens are lovely furnished seating areas, a large stone terrace with arbor covered outdoor eating area and a fenced swimming pool with gazebo, sun beds, change room, heated jacuzzi for 5 people.
This is the ideal place to discover the splendor of Tuscany. Villa Sernesi is composed of 7 finely furnished bedrooms, two living rooms, dining room and kitchen. Air conditioning services the entire villa and windows have built-in screens, which will guarantee a cool and relaxing summer.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room and two bedrooms: a double/twin bedroom with walk-in shower and a double/twin bedroom with bathtub.
On the first floor there are two living rooms and 5 bedrooms: three bedrooms with double/twin bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk in shower and a single bedroom with the possibility of adding a second single bed with en suite bathroom and walk-in shower.
Minimum stay: 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday)
